Who do you think caused the Boston Bombings?

With all the nuclear threats from North Korea, a lot of people are getting worried and saying it was them. However, I don't think so. If it was North Korea they would have done something much larger then this.

Some of the images I've seen from this have made me queasy, and I usually don't have a problem with gore or things of the sort, the incident is horrific, but it seems some people at 4chan have found someone with a similar bag to the one found blown up being carried by a spectator before the explosions. (Now this could be completely wrong, you can't really trust the Internet) I will find links to the photos after school.
