I am going to try and SE a pair of headphones from Bose uk. They have sent me a prepaid UPS label. Does anyone know if it is FTID Or LIT?

how did you manage to get them to replace 'yours' without the originals back? what did you tell them?

to them I am “sending the original back” but I will just get a boxer to Ftid the label for me and send it
