Update:
Ive bought the headset on Amazon.de and the headset got delivered to a pickup point. I picked it up and contacted amazon.de and told them that all that the package contained was the empty Bose box containing only the brochure and the charging cable. They immediately said that i could get a refund if I just return the package including what was in it, hence the cardboard box, a brochure and a charging cable, which is do-able as they even pay for the return. Apparently it was absolutely necessary that they got a return even though they cant use a brochure and that 10cm charging cable, but its fine. So now im gonna send a nearly empty box back and get my Money :-)
Apparently the german supporters doesnt all speak english but tries to help with poor english anyways, that might make them a bit insecure and that will without a doubt benefit me!
