Hey, i dont know if anyone has written about it, but i discovered that when you finish a bolt ride and tell support that you had dissatisfaction with the ride price, the bot automatically gives you a discount for the next ride. Now i’m trying to see if its possable to get your money back after chatting with a real support member.

They only added about 55% of the price to my bolt ballance. I believe i could have gone for more, but there was no reason because the ballance is only available in the same country as the refunded trip which is Czech in my case. And by the time i got their second reply i was already in the different country :/
