Same here :C I couldn't find a font so I just picked this one.  I wish I put more time in picking the font, good thing it isn't too late so I can change that later on

Just had a look on my PC it would look better if the backbar was a darker color.

I'm pretty sure it's a script. You can use scripts like Hatscripts, pretty sure they still have it.

The userbar overall looks pretty nice, however the text ruins it. If you could make it bigger without over powering the actual userbar it would be perfect.
