I've actually noticed the Canada post delivery driver usually signs it and leaves it at my front door

Update* so the delivery guy just came and gave the box to me without even getting a signature, i assume now i wait until monday to hit up the bestbuy about my missing package. (kind of disappointed because i worked so hard on a fake signature lol)

Ok so I'm preparing to contact best buy rn, I have a few questions before I do so if you don't mind answering them. Is it better to call them or start a live chat with a agent to initiate the dna? also if the dna somehow fails for whatever reason i can always save the refund by saying another family member ended up taking the package for x reason and they didnt let me know right? Other than that i think im ready to tackle this thing. Thanks for all the help up till now!

Use whichever gateway you're comfortable and confident with.

Absolutely correct.

You can then reorder the same Item on a totally different account, and SE It using another method.

Other than that i think im ready to tackle this thing.

update* I had a chat with them over the text on their site, told them that i got a notification yesterday that my package got delivered but upon getting home and checking, it wasn't there. they ended up telling me to call the cs of Canada post but i said i already spoke to them and they said it was delivered on their end, so the cs rep ended up escalating it for me and saying they will email me at the earliest.

*Update* They took forver to get back to me but they said they started a lost shipment trace with the carrier company and will let me know in 3 weeks, i guess i play the waiting game now?

They've opened an external Investigation with the carrier, which Is simply part of protocol to continue with the claim's assessment.

Contact them In around 10 days or so, and ask where your claim stands.
