Best way to refund GPU

Ordered a new GPU (£1.2k) which arrived today shipped with DPD, told driver to leave the parcel at the door as I am ill, he took a photo of it at the door and left. Would it be at all possible to SE a refund? I was thinking of DNA but not sure if that would work with such a high priced item, AFAIK DPD will claim GPS placed the driver at my house and that the driver would not deliver it without confirmation of it being delivered to the correct person (though there is no evidence for this). Or would it be better to go the route of damaged packaging and missing GPU as there is a photo of only of the top and one side of the package.
Note, the company say they are not liable for damage or loss due to failure of delivering the goods.

Would it hurt my efforts that I recently did a DNA with the same carrier (though different delivery driver) in the past week or two?
Help would be appreciated

The timing Is too close to DNA the same carrier.

Who's the company?

The company is Scan UK. If its not reasonable to attempt this I'll probably try resell the GPU or just refund it.

I was going to suggest the wrong Item received method, however Scan has CCTV cameras In place.

What's the weight of the GPU Itself?

GPU weight is 2.4kg according to what I can find online, through strangely the label says the total package weight is 1kg.

It doesn't make sense that the shipping/gross weight Is less than the Item Itself.

If you can conclusively establish the GPU weight, the boxing method Is a good option. The less dry Ice needed, the better the calculation of sublimation time.

What GPU did you get ? Is SB not a possibility @mothered if the packaging of the GPU allows it?

Packaging compatibility, the SB method can certainly be used.
