Update on the GPU
Successfully refunded from Amazon.
I contacted them at the end of the day on the 17th and spoke to an agent through chat, I explained to her I had searched around and asked neighbours and the package hadn't arrived. She said she was going to look into it further and after 5 minutes she responded that I could receive a full refund or replacement. I took the full refund and said I was going out of town for work so I'll reorder it again when I'm home. Got an email a few hours later saying it was processed.
Total amount was around $420
The account was a few years old but not one I really used. I made 4 purchases on it prior, 3 being very recently. Not even $150 spent before attempted the DNA.
