I am planning to request a refund for a dashcam.

At first, I thought about buying it on this website:

I was considering initiating a chargeback, and if the store doesn't accept it, filing a claim with PayPal.
The problem is that it seems that PayPal doesn't approve claims with a tracking number that shows 'delivered.' I don't know if this changes if the proof of delivery contains a different name from the order.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed. Thanks un advance

According to Amazon, the total weight is 750 grams. I'm not sure if this would be considered a high weight for claim eb. I would say yes

750 g is in general far too heavy for EB. I believe the limit is commonly accepted as being around 120 g.

I think that being a small to medium-sized store, it's highly unlikely that they won't respond, especially considering that they may be alert when they see that I previously contacted them to report the eb.

I would do partial empty, say that the camera itself was missing but all the accessories were there. Dashcams are super light so it’s plausible that the package was missing the camera.
