It also must be the same/similar weight to the original Item. When they ask to return the wrong Item, that's what you send. As for photo requests, simply Photoshop It.

Many SE'ers don't purchase the wrong Item from the same company, but rather Intend to send something of similar appearance, hence If photos are requested, Photoshop a stock Item.
