RE: Best IN-ear headphones brand to SE #11
Some models which according to reviews and internet forum's opinion I have in mind:

Jabra Elite Active 75t: 124,2 x 187,4 x 40 mm, 50g
Powerbeats Pro: 50g
MOMENTUM True Wireless 2: 76.8 x 43.8 x 34.7 mm, 70g
Sony WF-1000XM3: 70g

I couldn't find anything correct to 100% regard the dimension and the weight.

This is the idea.

I didn't write, I thought it was implied. The company which produce it.
At list this is my current opinion, I have so much to still learn, if you have any suggestions tell me.

Don't tell me Amazon, I have just done a SE with Amazon and I will be perform the next one in the next months, not now.

These are my choices: Jabra, SONY, Beats, AFDigital.

Is somebody has already had experience SEing one of these company, write down here, otherwise I will carefully and slowly read the ToS and find what is the best for a possible EB.

for in ear headphones i will say bose sounds sport free is the easiest to se since you only have to box it and you can just create a rma with their website no like jaybird you have to make a tagged picture or something since it is from logitech. But if you willing to wait more time and do more phone calls do sony, sony wf1000xm3 is a good wireless earbud. Much better than apple's trash (i am an apple fan too but sry it legit broke my hart) which with sony you just claim it is broken, box it and do carrier claim and boom you got a new pair of earbuds. Bose is much slower now a days because of the covid otherwise it could be done within a week. (to push it you can tell them you are in a harry since you got a business trip to go and would like to bring it with you to use on plane. They will speed it up for u and use ups one day shipping however this will cause billing so if you want to use method make sure you are using a drop) Btw make sure to use a drop to keep yourself self and anonymous.

I chose to SE the Jabra Elite Active 75t buying them from the main website https://www.it.jabra.com/, In your opinion an EB for a company like them (comparing to Amazon) what wold be the probability of success and to start an investigation?

Thank you

Their combined weight (charging case Included), Is around 45 grams.

Even If an Investigation Is opened, It will be extremely difficult (If not Impossible) to Identify a 45 gram variance In weight on consignment.

So if you were me, would you consider to do eb/DNA or box them in some way, or what else?

The problem ordering the product there is that they do not have a true ToS but they have a FAQ page that it's not very detailed...
I can find the exactly ToS of Jabra website

First and foremost, you need to establish who's responsible for loss of goods during transit.

Assuming they are, there's no need to complicate the SE by boxing (showing signs of tampering etc), when the missing Item method Is based on the same principle- either way, the Item Is missing.

As for the DNA, It depends on who the carrier Is, whether they require a signature on delivery and If not, will they take photos at the premises. Alternatively, you can opt for the universal method, namely the "wrong Item received".
