Hey, planning on doing a small refund method on Best Buy for around $200. I live in Canada and the shipping method that is available to me is Canada Post Expedited. Does anyone know if Canada Post Expedited delivers to doorstep or do they leave it in the mailbox or in store pickup if you are not home? Also is Best Buy fairly easy to work with? Thanks.

Best buy is a 5 on a scale on 1-10 of difficulty.
You might need to box them. If you use DNA, it will probably work.

I used Best Buy to get an Apple Pencil ($100) and it was super easy. I bought 3 and the called and said I only received 2. They didn’t ask me any questions or open an investigation, they offered me a refund or replacement immediately. I got my refund and then returned the other two to the store.

Thanks for sharing your experience with BestBuy. Im probably going to use DNA if they leave it on the door but theres a chance they'll bring package to in store pickup so I'll have to say I only received one item if that happens.

what's the point of ordering so many? Why not just order 2 and say you are missing one?

In my experience, Canada post, leaves items depending on the cost. If it's a small item that can fit into the PO box, they will leave it in there. I had a $150 chair from Amazon shipped by Canada Post and they just left it on my porch ring the doorbell and left. But I also ordered a switch and they rang the doorbell and waited for me and then made me sig it
