Most people tend to go with Steelseries and Logitech, though it you want to go down the route of refunding you can't go far wrong with amazon.

What is the best method of refunding for Amazon? Would love to get an Apple Watch/ Airpods

@FinalFear usually you want to make sure that the product is sold and dispatched by amazon, therefore you have the best chances of the refund being issues, then simply contact support and say that the package was either empty or did not arrive at all, good luck OP.

Someone else said that Apple products are usually on high alert so investigation are opened. Would I have to sign for an Apple Watch/Airpods?

You claim the Item Is defective and when they request to return It, you send the package without the Item.

There must be a tear on the package (and sealed with different colored tape), to give the Impression as though It was tampered with and the Item stolen during transit.
