Try changing the tolerance level and zoom in when using magic wand. You'll quickly learn why it's good to change up the tolerance level when using the magic wand tool if you do this.

Also try using an eraser (try different kinds!) to go and take out each choppy looking pixel bit by bit to just fix it up.

I am not being rude ,but I think SA:MP theme is too old. you could've used at least Gta 4 renders
Anyway the cut outs are very bad basically cut out and put on the plain picture.
But keep it up and you'll get better in time.

If you want you can also adjust the brightness of your cut image and set your lightsource by brightening just those parts of the figures that would get light. You can tell the figures were made in a daylight setting then pasted into a night scene :/

PS sorry proffessional artist we get picky on light sources

It looks like you made the renders yourself.
I suggest you click here and use those pictures for a better quality work. Also get some good backgrounds and learn about color theory.
