Hello, I just recently created some pictures for SAMP, and some random. Please gimme feed back on what I should improve on.

They're alright. The first few you can tell are shopped because they don't match the brightness of the scene and you zoomed way too much on some of the people.
tip: if you're worried about the size, put them in spoiler tags

Keep practicing, the character's edges are not smooth and clear.
when you cut them from another image, be more precise
