I recently started another hobby project. The project is about creating
an industrial-strength high quality barcode render engine intended to
work well with printing. The current focus would be on Code128 and QR code.

Initially, I want to name the library Barcode.NET because I want to
write a library for it for .NET. Then, I think why not create an
simple API and library for each popular language such as
.NET language-family, Java, Javascript, and PHP. So, I open
for project name idea from you guy.

What I have done so far is

• Render Code128 barcode
  
• Optimize Code128 so that it will generate a barcode with the shortest width.

Source Code Release Date
I plan to release the source code in another one or two months.
Right now, I keep changing the API interface to see which one
is more better. (easy and flexible).

Team Needed
I usually work alone so I want to try something new, working
as a team. I prefer small number of member. (prefer 2 or 3
members). If anyone interest in joining this project,
give me a reply or PM. The only requirement is know how to
programming and willing to learn something new. The language
we will use is C#, but we will also create library for
other language in near future.

When you begin to port it to Java or python I will help you This is an awesome project. I did some work with vb.net though on barcode but not much and also it was long time ago.
