This is Valentina from Customer Care, and I hope this message finds you well! I’m so sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet and that it didn't require signature. Since the tracking information shows that the delivery was successful, I'll request an investigation from the seller. Often when this happens, the order was delivered to a neighbor, or someone else at your address such as a family member, roommate, co-worker, or receptionist. Could you check if this is the case? Please note, that the seller will block the device you ordered so that it will be useless to anyone who might have taken it. However, it can take several days to unlock the device. So, I would strongly recommend that you check with anyone close to you to save yourself the trouble if it’s then found.

Nothing but scare tactics but make no mistake, this will actually work against some meek SE'ers.
