It's been a while since I hit up Philips, needed a new electric toothbrush so why not?

Ps. I would recommend anyone to begin with a company like this. As long as you can get the model and serial number, sit through some troubleshooting steps, you are golden!

Nice one.

Philips hasn't been too difficult In the past, but I didn't expect It to be this easy.

Yeah it's a quick 5 minutes job. It's interesting how on the registration of the product they allow you to input the proof of purchase but don't actually require it.

Agree, It doesn't make sense asking for the POP when It's not a requirement.

All the better for the SE'rs.

It might be the fact they try to send individual parts instead of full units most of the time unless you really push it.

Either that, or they're short on manpower, hence don't have the staff to sort out claims In a timely manner.

What do you mean, yes they do? I tried to SE a toothbrush from there and they required a proof of purchase to be uploaded plus a serial number. This is definitely not a 5 minutes job

It's 100% a 5 minute job, I just needed the serial number. I actually have the product so I could've provided a POP, but they didn't ask for it in the chat.

Must be the agent you spoke to. They asked for POP and pic of serial on the bottom of the handle when i tried loool and made it very clear they would only replace the handle and would not send a new head or charger.

Seems like they dont send a whole new unit, rather the bits they think are faulty.

I guess you had the toothbrush already to provide the images needed?
