I believe It's "Non" receipt of goods disclaimer form.

It doesn't hold the same value as an affidavit, so It's fine to go ahead and sign It.

Right now I’m trying to stick it on her saying this is how you treat a valued customer? She’s stating as the pic is outside my house, I need to sign it. So I’m just trying to wiggle my way out of it or atleast get a second opinion as I don’t think she knows what’s sues doing.

It is really silly tbf as I haven’t recieved the item and they Tryna make me sign something? I’ll try get my way out of it what do you think?
Hope This Helps

It's ridiculous how she's trying to justify signing the document based on a photo of your external property.

I don't agree with how they're going about It, but It's only a document for nonreceipt of goods, and simply required to move forward with your claim.

Ultimately, It's your call If you wish to oppose It.

I cannot fathom why they take useless photos to try and verify the delivery.

Seriously, It's simply a matter of common sense that the photos taken In the manner you've described are futile.

Smate27 - Now that is the way to think, can't prove anything with those.

Boss(Mothered) I would think the only reason for the pics like this, is a deterrent. I wanted to emphasize Smate27s thinking in that he knew the pictures were junk and could continue on with what he would like to do. How easy it is to snap and paste a photo and now the thinking goes to "oh shit" they have pictures, and word gets out "they take pictures" , but the thinking doesn't stop there, keep pursuing the goal. The pictures would have to have an absolute proof, and go against the method, then switch up the method if possible , or look at the pictures to support your claim, and use it against them if possible.

My main point being, keep driving forward, keep thinking, don't let any of these things deter you. Unless your sure they got you 100%, then send it back and repeat it elsewhere or another time.

Love the thinking forward! Not giving up! Good Times

Yeah, to be honest im just kicking up a fuss.

They put it as a deterrent to see if you actually have it or not.

They said its company policy and they cant do anything without it.

Ill end up doing it. Just want to reiterate to them im busy etc and i dont appreciate being treated like this.

It is a non-receipt of goods.
Hope This Helps

I'd agree If the photos contained Identifiable features, but they didn't - a picture purely of the front door and someone's hands Is worthless. And anyone with common sense would well and truly realize It.

It's quite embarrassing how a carrier operating on such a large scale, actually believes such photos hold value.

The form is to 'the best of your knowledge' say it does go further which is really unlikely, cant i just say my lil bro took it and hid it from me as some sort of joke?

Theres a story for everything. Im just really making a scene saying i dont want a data breach etc, but ill end up signing it.

It's a huge vulnerability with documents that state "to the best of your knowledge".

You can lie and make up all sorts of BS, but It still holds value because It's "to the best of your knowledge". In other words, as far as you're concerned, you've stated what you believe Is true and correct. Whether It Is or Isn't, Is Immaterial.

You're being cautious by looking at every angle of the document, which Is very good practice.
