Update customer service replied with the photo on the porch ontop of some shoes outside. Doesn’t mean shit. The doorstep is open to the street. I have no idea why they send a photo like this with the gps showing the driver was there? Doesn’t change the fact it was handed to me?

I just stated this to them saying I have checked and it isn’t there and wasn’t notified about anytbing in g other than the delivery updated to showing as delivered. Let’s see how they respond now.

I got an email saying they will process the claim but I will need to fill in a disclaimer form on a reciept of goods. 'I agree to co-operate with Yodel security and/or the Police in the event of any investigations into the missing items.'

Should I fill this out?
