Hi. I just want to share a succesful SE I did with BOSE recently. I ordered a pair of expensive noise cancelling headphones directly from BOSE with Paypal. I claimed an empty box and demanded a full refund. BOSE never answered my claim to Paypal and I got a full refund. I took a couple of weeks but it was totally worth the wait.

I'm surprised. Mostly because they closed a lot of their physical stores globally so I imagine they have a strong online staff, but I guess with the pandemic, there are a lot of things going on.
