I have a big problem with a SE attempt on amazon and i really don't know what to do.
I tried a LIT trough a Boxer that i found on the forum.
He probably did a dirty LIT and italian poste probably reprinted the label, because now the item is in delivery.

The LIT Is a variant of the so-called FTID, so It doesn't surprise me one bit that It's failed to serve Its purpose.

What was your reason for the return?

The reason was that i found a better price in the market.
I was a beginner.
I thought LIT was safer than FTID.
Is there any way out? Maybe I could say that I still sent the package and i don't know what happened, make sense?

Label manipulation has a very high chance of failure.

Carrier companies were not born yesterday. They're well aware of their procedures when handling and delivering consignments.

Do exactly that.

Get a refund, order the same Item on a different account, and SE It by using a method that has proven to succeed In the majority of cases.

I can't thank you enough for sharing ur knowledge,
I will try to get a refund, but I don't know if I'll get it. Howewer this is my first try and my account is really old plus I bought thousand of euros of items. Will see.
I really thought that Ftid, LIT and other tracking manipulation's methods were safe cuz I saw many boxers selling them like the safest methods.
I will use this mistake to improve!

Are you sure the boxer didn't just send an unremarkable envelope that they will throw away thinking it's just trash/an error/advertisement?
If so, the tracking will say delivered to destination, but the warehouse that receives it should throw it away and you can claim that the item was lost despite the tracking that says "delivered"

You're most welcome.

I don't see why not.

Base It on legit grounds. You've simply returned the package for a refund and what happened In transit, Is beyond your control.

Many refunders/boxers couldn't care less about their clients, particularly those who're unbeknownst to them, hence they big-note the methods to make their money.

Take the positive out of the negative - you're now aware of what should/should not be done with subsequent SEs.

Tomorrow is the 14th day and I have to ask amazon for refund.
Problem is that I made a LIT on the wrong label.
Basically the situation is this:
1) I got label from amazon and I did LIT on THIS label.
2) After some days my LIT wasn't progressing and tracking didn't show any progress.
3) So I asked for a new second label to amazon (and they started a new return for my item), I told him that I took the package back from the post office.
4) a few days after I got the second label, LIT on FIRST label started to progress and tracking was updated.
And here I am. I have a LIT on first label but i got a second label and obviously it don't show any progress on tracking because I didn't shipped anything.
What excuse should I use with amazon chat?

I don´t think, that this is a big problem, tell them, that you give the package the family members, that they could send it and they have used the first label

Can they see the first label? Because when i got second label, the first return was deleted and I can't see it anymore.
Only label i can see is the second that i got.
If they can't access first label, they can't see the progress on tracking.
