From the posts ive read replacement then return seems more common but any down side to requesting refund only?

And curious has anyone had a replacement done to a new address? ( such as saying "i moved" or even "moved over to x country send it there pls" type thing or "its a gift can u send it directly to this person at x otherwise it will be too late ?)

When I did refund only, they ended up changing their minds and wouldn’t give me a refund. I had to dispute it with my bank at that point.

I think you might be able to get away with the change of address as some BB representatives aren’t the greatest at following protocol.

Thats what im afraid of. But what steps did u take when trying to request refund only?

What did you claim? And did you open any investigation with pr or delivery?

I did DNA on my package, but since the item was over their $750 limit, an investigation was automatically initiated. While that was going on I decided to talk to a representative via chat and they gave me the option of a refund or replacement. I asked for the refund, but after a week of nothing, I called back and the rep stated that they concluded their investigation and the item was successfully delivered.

I was super annoyed and took that as a lesson def learned lol. BB used their own delivery service too so it wasn’t like I could file a claim like you can do with UPS etc.
