From the posts ive read replacement then return seems more common but any down side to requesting refund only?

And curious has anyone had a replacement done to a new address? ( such as saying "i moved" or even "moved over to x country send it there pls" type thing or "its a gift can u send it directly to this person at x otherwise it will be too late ?)

When I did refund only, they ended up changing their minds and wouldn’t give me a refund. I had to dispute it with my bank at that point.

I think you might be able to get away with the change of address as some BB representatives aren’t the greatest at following protocol.

While that was going on I decided to talk to a representative via chat and they gave me the option of a refund or replacement. I asked for the refund, but after a week of nothing, I called back and the rep stated that they concluded their investigation and the item was successfully delivered.

I was super annoyed and took that as a lesson def learned lol. BB used their own delivery service too so it wasn’t like I could file a claim like you can do with UPS etc.

But they pushed back and got a refund eventually. Their item was def 750+

I'm not sure if it works like Apple did with that. It'd have to be a trial and error thing. Better off to just wait for replacement arrives and return it for a refund.
