Which means no one has actually attempted to rebill you. If they had then you would see the failed charge. In this case if you used your real details and they REALLY wanted to go after you then they would give you a deadline to pay and if you missed it they would threaten legal action against you or just send the debt straight to collections agency. This is kind of rare but is on the cards and a VCC does absolutely nothing to stop it.

Why would anyone use a vcc and use their real details...

Agreed. Im talking about the scenario where people use the VCC attached to their usual everyday bank to try and circumvent any potential rebills
