Would anyone be able to teach me how to ftid in Australia as guides seem to be fitted towards other countries

i was just wondering if ftid was even possible. Anyway, i ordered from amazon a pair of headphones ($250 usd) and a pack of batteries and was going to attempt peb on a new account, but apparently the delivery is coming on the same day, but in separate packages, so im not sure what method to use.

I've already ordered.
I have not made any previous orders, but I think its a year or two old.
They are both sold and delivered by Amazon and it says that they will both be delivered by the same time.
The listed weight on Amazon says 255g
And the battery pack that I bought was over 2.5kg.
