He looks like he's half Rain (from Mortal Kombat). Nice effect! Keep it that way! I think you'll have many request for making/editing signatures and many other request.

Looks great my only criticism is the leg, as you have stuck to one leg it's kind of a straight line and doesn't quite fit into the rest of the image which looks a lot more random. You have clearly put a lot of time and effort into this though!
