Do you know if I can safely do a refund on Zalando if I have done one a year ago on Zalando lounge (DNA and no new order since).
Do the support team have a direct access to the previous orders of both and will be able to know about it ?

When receiving an order. The box always contains a paper which has information about the items you ordered. My question is. In case zalando asks for a photo of the order if im doing wrong item received, do i show the original paper of the order im trying to se or the wrong, cheap order?

It’s a very strange situation. Courier tracking website says that it is being sent. But im 100% sure that the package reached zalando 10days ago.
I know it because somehow i got refunded the price of the cheap wrong item, when using the papers and packaging of the expensive item

I’ve shipped the”wrong item” back to them. Thats where, on monday it will be 14 days after i shipped it back.
