I got a ps5 direct off Argos themselves. I tried Partial Box and claimed the ps5 itself wasnt there. Argos weren't having it and didnt even bother investigating, just kept palming me off and then eventually told me they wouldnt do anything, wouldnt even tell me why. It was really unusual and unprofessional system they have set up.

I filed a chargeback with Revolut and Argos never even contested it and i got my money back.
