Everyone is addicted to something and that's all we really do in life is feed our addictions. It doesn't necessarily need to be something bad for you for it to be an addiction. You could be addicted to work, drugs, being healthy, making money, or anything else you do in life. I've also learned in life that the only way to get rid of one addiction is to replace it with another one.
