Arcteryx SE journey #1
So i’m planning to SE Arc’teryx for a jacket. I’ve seen posts of people successfully SEing it and people failing to do so.

I’m currently planning on using the DNA method, calling them again and again and insisting until I get what I want.

I’ve seen people talk about the "boxing" method. If someone could explain it I’d appreciate it.

I’ll be buying the jacket today and I’ll update this thread along the way

Jwas this through a fresh account and it went through?

Yes I want to try a DNA but im unsure maybe MEB would work with one of their jackets or the backpacks

Trousers. Definitely over the recommended 120gram recommendation.

If a company is going to accept your eb claim for a sub 120 gram item, they are also likely going to accept your empty box claim for a substantially heavier item. The weight limit can be useful but it isn't always necessary to stick to.

Did DNA back in November, jacket was €400. They started a investigation after like 2-3 weeks and a week after the investigation gave me a refund.
