Arch linux terminal doesn't work

hi everybody i have installed arch linux gnome but when i open the terminal it's loading but no window open how can i fix this Biggrin

Considering you're using gnome, you should try guake...

Also, as you're starting to use Arch, you should really get used to search Arch wiki. It helps and it's awesome! Smile

As for the installing stuff on arch, well, there are a bunch of package managers you can use, I use pacman and yaourt.
There is aur.archlinux.org where you can find almost anything you desire that is not in regular arch repo...

And if everything fails, you have arch forum and there are a bunch of IRC where you can find and ask stuff...
