It should be listed somewhere In their terms and conditions.

Enter keywords such as:
  • liability/liable
  • lost packages
  • responsibility/responsible
  • missing goods
  • not received

haven't found it in their terms but after some googling I found out they are not responsible

Was It a reliable source that claimed they're not liable for lost shipments?

Being neglected by ASOS' representatives Is one thing, not being liable for lost shipments Is quite another.

They are liable for loss. Only if the circumstances are not adversely affected by the customer

'We are responsible only for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms and Conditions. We shall not be liable if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations by anything that you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events that are beyond our reasonable control.'
Hope This Helps

Multiple jackets on the same shipment, or only the one?

one is enough, one TNF nuptse jacket or some jacket from arcteryx. I have no problem jigging addy/name/payment methods, I would rather DNA them then FTID

which FTID version

People overcomplicate FTID, as long as the label is edited in a way it won't get to them it will work. It's one of the easiest stores to hit when they actually have any jackets in stock.

i hit them about a year ago with a DNA and it was like 2 emails back and forth to get the refund. they just asked to check with neighbors and i said they didn’t get anything then immediately offered a refund. was for a $400 jacket
