Received the order day before yesterday, called and reported eb and was told that actions button for replacement/refund will be enabled after 2 days. Now today they are asking for a PR. Should I try calling again or go for PR. Also will I be able to use the watch after PR.

You can try calling again, but they'll most likely refer to previous/current notes and see that a PR has been requested.

To play It safe, It's best to use It after the claim has been finalized and the funds have cleared Into your account.

@mothered, I have created a PR online and shared the reference number with amazon. But they reply with stating the reference number is invalid. But it’s what I got after completing the complaint. @Exercised I have seen it also happened with you earlier. Your input might be helpful in this case.

“Please submit police report when it's complete. The related police department will send you a crime reference number after the report is closed.”

Not sure if I need to get back to police to get a reference number.

Today, I received a crime reference number from pr made earlier and provided it to Amazon. Now they say they are unable to get in touch with police for validating the PR as their call was on hold for more than 40 minutes and later the call got disconnected.. Now they need pdf copy of report which seems difficult to find. I hope they can validate reference number tomorrow.

Their job Is to validate the report, and not make excuses as to why It cannot be done.

They are persistent on asking for pdf. Also, I have requested one from the officers over email and waiting for it. Will update you how it goes after sharing the pdf.
