Amazon cannot proceed with anything yet, since the package has not yet been marked as delivered either on Amazon or in the postal Service app. Hence they cannot investigate the delivery/with the carrier. Perhaps if im lucky, it will not be marked as delivered until the 9th of May, as I can then request for a refund stating the package didnt get delivered. Unless its make a fuzz that I told them already that the package has been delivered and the watch is Missing in previous chat?

The SE succeeded. I contacted them again and said they needed to fix this. They immediately asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Hence success! Thank you guys!

It took 4-5 days of shipping and then 2x10 minute chats because they responded slow. Or what do you mean?
