Apple watch 7 series EB? #1
Hey everybody,

Im curious when it comes to SE'ing the Apple watch. Going to get my girlfriend something extra. The package dimensions is 400 grams. I keep reading that the EB method is the way to go. But is it? Regardless of the 400 grams of course.
The best scenario would be to get the refund without claiming any items remain, so Id have to ship them back, hence I wanna give the watch/gift unopened.
Any tips?

Thanks in advance!

EB will be perfect for this item.
1. Option: You can order only the watch and claim a EB or DNA
2. Option: You order more items and do the missing item method.

Should both work really good!

That's the shipping/gross weight.

The case weight of the Apple Watch Series 7 Is 39 grams, hence Ideal for the EB/missing Item method.

I see. So in this case would all items in the box be Missing? Or just the watch case itself? Because if the gross weight is 400gr confirmed on consignment/delivery?

Only the watch.

The gross weight Is the entire goods and the packaging. Who's the company you're planning to SE?

Amazon.de.
I have had best success with Amazon until this day.

For your reference, the EB/missing Item method has a very high success rate with Amazon.

That sounds good. Anything i should beware of them asking? For example if they ask if the package has been tampered (which i suppose i should say no to).

Tell them you're not sure (didn't take notice), but will endeavour to check and get back to them. Delay It as your claim Is being assessed.

As such, If the claim Is declined based on Amazon being adamant that the Item was enclosed when It left their warehouse, you can then say the package appears damaged. It Indicates someone stole the watch during transit.

How would this scenario play out? Would it end up having to file a PR? I would prefer avoiding it.
