I'm going to attempt to SE amazon for my 2nd time. I'll be attempting to SE an Apple iPhone 12 mini.
My last SE was just under 6 weeks ago using the DNA method. Therefore, I'd be skeptical to use the DNA again.

What method would you recommend? I'm considering the Wrong Item received.

They are now asking for pics to be provided. What should I do

If you're not entitled to a refund/replacement, why Is the rep requesting a photo? This Is targeted at Apple and not yourself.

At any rate, simply Photoshop It.

Yhh I just made some fake battery fluid and created the photos , they sent a follow up email asking photos of the serial number of the iPhone .
Can apple blacklist an iPhone by finding the imei number from the serial number?

Every phone has a unique serial number which also Identifies the device's IMEI.

There's always the risk of a blacklist, but It's not a commonality. If It was the case, there'd hardly be any threads discussing SEing phones, Inclusive of sharing success stories.
