Hey guys I ordered an Apple Watch from Apple its arriving today and I’m going for EB and my Apple Store account has 2 iPad Pro orders in the past, is there any other ways besides EB that’s safer? I’ll keep y’all updated for today

I just did a next day delivery and looks like the courier is the Uber driver my item just arrived

they said they’ll throw out a 2 day investigation and said would you like replacement or refund when investigation is clear

Apple is chill until they're not. Usually they have a 1 time courtesy refund per address, however sometimes they decide to tell you you will be refunded/replaced and then 1 day later you get an email stating that they will not be making any decisions and leave you hanging. And if you try to call them, they just refer you to local authorities. No help whatsoever. Apple has become a hit or miss from my experience. You can always return the apple product however even if you get the claim denial email.
