This was their message before i replied to them requesting a refund^

This was the reply i received.
As stated, be sure to reject the replacement.

Can i just dna the replacement aswell or would that raise red flags ect.

They've stated the following details:

The operative words are "does happen to be delivered ", which Indicates uncertainty, so It can be DNA'd. Though, It may trigger an Investigation.

Exactly my thoughts, I heard nothing on how or when it was delivered only way i found it was delivered was a SMS by TOLL, no nothing from JB

That said, It's only a matter of time before they catch on and significantly tighten their claim assessments, so take advantage of It while you can.
