It's way too heavy to EB, and Apple check sealed box returns.

I just read your website on the WIR method. Having a hard time thinking what Apple product is the same weight as a MBP and is cost effective. Any help would be appreciated.

update -- sorry been busy.

used DNA again for double dip. I couldn't figure out item with similar weight direct from apple to do WIB for second dip that was cost effective. Second dip took a bit longer and and CS kept telling me investigation is on going, please give 1-2 more days. A week later I had to go Karen and they issued refund for replacement.

MBP M2 double dip direct from Apple. UPS courier left on porch both times. Aged original apple account.

Nice work!! I’m considering doing DNA for apple direct for MBP as well. Question: (maybe you can help @mothered

I have had an apple account for years as well, but have only ever bought my products (phones mainly) from third party retailers. Will this lower my chances of success with DNA?

Also: once you report the laptop stolen will you ever be able to use it with your Apple ID or does it have to be used without connecting it to ur Apple ID?

1.Did u contact them each time through chat or call?

2. Esp karen mode?

3. Also how much was the cost roughly?
Been thinking of doing it on a maxed out specs one but higher cost prob inc risk of failure

As long as the transaction Is demonstrated on your Apple account, then that's all that matters.

Apple does have the capacity to check the activity on a given device.

Whether or not they follow It up, remains to be seen.
