Also, I’m looking to buy the corresponding iPad 9, I’ve heard Best Buy is the best for refunding electronics in the US, is that true? I’m assuming it would be DNA? My previous experience with Best Buy has been EB AirPods, so would an iPad just be making sure that the delivery driver doesn’t ask for a signature? Thanks!

Best Buy Is a very good choice, but obviously there are other companies who're also vulnerable to exploitation.

There's also the wrong Item received, (package compatibility) the sealed box method, and the disposed of the faulty Item method.
