Apple Macbook EB 12-02-2023, 03:22 PM

Recently I attempted a macbook empty box with apple. Delivery was signed by me and delivered by Fedex, then i called apple that I received an empty macbook box with no laptop inside and no signs of tampering. They said they would do an shipping investigation, then two days later they said they were unable to issue a replacement or a refund because the delivery was successful as if I claimed DNA. I never got an email saying that they were checking on my delivery or my claim was rejected, everything was on call. I escalated the claim to a higher level of management, but then it was still denied. So I decided to file a chargeback with my cc company, I have gotten the temporary money and it has been two weeks and the dispute is still under review. I have already started using the macbook under a different apple id. Since apple now has an extended return policy, worst case i can just legit return it until Jan 8th. My question is, what are the chances I win this chargeback ? I have been a client of my cc company for 6 years and I have never done a chargeback before.
