Currently awaiting for my MacBook to come in being shipped by ups. Current plan is to use good boxer to do an ups RTS or damaged refuse package. Could always do a dna but it a fairly high value item not sure if they take photos. Also could go with the ftidv3 as a last choice these are my options and wanted to see if anyone had some recent experience specifically in the USA

Apple checks sealed box returns, so the sealed box method Is out of the question.

It can be DNA'd, however (at times) Apple tells you to deal directly with the carrier and tend to remain firm. Alternatively, you have the wrong Item received method available.

Purchase a very cheap Item from the same company on a different account, and have It sent to another address. Be sure the weight Is the same (or close to) the original Item.

Then claim you've received an Incorrect Item. I don't have time to elaborate on It fully, so use the Search function and check out some posts.
