So about 4-5 days ago my iphone 13 pro max came in but i had to get replacement bc those apple idiots sent me the wrong color phone. I think i can use what happened to my advantage with one inconvenience (which was real and is noted on my account) and now another " inconvenience" with an empty iPhone box. I usually plan out every scenario since I'm calling them and being a karen ( i recommend everyone has a plan before trying a SE) and with my SE experience in the past I feel like this can def boost my success rate. Only posting this so I can read other peoples thoughts on this. Should i bring up how they first sent me the wrong phone or not?

did they ask you for pictures of the wrong colour phone or was it just good SE

did they ask you for pictures of the wrong colour phone or was it just good SE

they just sent me the wrong phone no SE needed but im gonna try to EB it today ill lyk how it goes

yh but when they sent you the wrong phone and you complained did they ask for pics or sumn or just offered you a replacement or how did it work

Yes do that. Also express your frustration In a firm but polite manner.

Given they've made an error once with the Incorrect phone, there's every chance of a second error with missing goods.
