Apple Direct SE #1
So I wanna SE Apple directly and reading previous threads I understand there’s a one time exception per account.

I want to do a MacBook directly from Apple.
Am I best off doing leaking battery method? How goods the success rate in leaking battery for laptops?
I’m also aware even though it may be too heavy the one time exception works for EB. Shall I go for EB or leaking battery?

Thanks.

It's not an easy process.

They'll most likely request the Item be returned, so you'll need to circumvent It.

The claim for a one-time exception will be declined on the grounds that the weight of the laptop, justifies It was In fact received.

Hi,
I want to do the same, but then for a iPhone 13. Considering your feedback; would DNA be the best option for Apple directly?

I previously tried DNA & it was near impossible. Huge headache.

From every DNA thread on Apple I have seen on this site, it sounds like such a headache, dont think I have seen a smooth, simple claim yet
I am but a simple gnome who likes free things, none of this is real. It is all simply fiction.

I don't suggest hitting the DNA with Apple.

They'll state they're not responsible for loss of goods In transit, and tell you to deal with the carrier - which can be a very arduous and lengthy process. You're better off using the sealed box method.

Thanks.

Where did you get the information that the one-time exception applys even to (ridiculous) EB claims? Is this personal experience?
trying to square the circle.

It won't be the case.

The one-time exception applies to claims that're eligible for a refund/replacement.
