I just received an iPhone 13 from Apple directly, delivered by DHL. Online it said I had to sign for delivery, but the guy just gave it to me and wished me a nice day.
You guys still think it's stupid to claim DNA? lol

I recently DNA'd DHL, I am in the UK and had the courier come to my door a week later and ask me loads of questions and the investigation is still ongoing. Just letting you know in case you try it, this is what I am going through at the moment. The DHL driver didnt recognise me when I answered the door the second time when he came to ask questions so I had that advantage.

How'd that end up?

I eventually got my money back, only about 2-3 days ago, the guy came to my door and he did not recognise me so I just acted a bit confused as to what he wanted which worked absolutely fine. After that it was just back and forth with CS explaining that I never received parcel etc. and they finally refunded me. This was with a company called MusicMagpie. Would avoid like the plague in future.
