How would i be able to hack into my girl's phone and see her messages ,pictures, etc. She has a 5C. Any ideas?

Is it jailbroken? If not you'll pretty much need physical access to her device and know her pin.

If there is a PIN or a password on it, good luck dude. Try iFunbox if there isn't.
I don't personally know anyway around the pin or password without re-formatting the entire phone.
my advice to you is get a better girlfriend you can trust or download Phantom for Snapchat if you're trying to obtain nudes.

If you're through Verizon, could try integrated messaging, though it won't read previous messages before activated.
