I DNA’d a iPhone from Apple. It’s been nearly two weeks and no luck yet.

I assume they've opened an Investigation.

What was your last conversation with the rep?

Last conversation. I escalated and asked for a call back. They said they are investigating with delivery driver and will get back to me. That’s it
