Hello,
I'm now using the DNA method to refund an iPhone from Apple worth 1300 euros. I called them and sent them an ID that had my signature clearly visible. I followed all the guidelines. But today I received a call from them, which I unfortunately missed. In addition, I got an email from them requesting my phone number so that they can call me. I've never seen anything like it before; do you have any ideas as to what this might have been about?

Do note that Apple tend to release themselves from liability, and ask you to deal directly with the carrier.

Hopefully It's not the case with yourself.

Happened to me before when they couldn't reach me - it's simple, they'll just ask you what happened and may want to verify your identity with some questions about the order. Stick to your story and see how it unfolds. When this happened to me that phone call got me my refund.

They called me and asked me questions regarding the delivery, and if the carrier called me, as they received information that the carrier contacted me. This did not happen(obviously), so they told me that in two days I will get an answer. Two days later, today I received an email with the message "We will check your shipment and contact you when we have more information". I called them, they told me that the investigation is still in progress and there is no way to hurry it up. They informed me that after ten days, I can call them again and escalate the whole process.
