Alright, I'm currently trying this out. I just hope that they don't check iCloud for recently connected watches, as i've never owned a watch in my life lol... I'll let you know how this goes!

Yeah, it didn't work out sadly lmfao, they said under no circumstances would they offer a replament to anyone, unless it was stolen (requires a police report + insurance + lawyer). Other then that they will require you to send back your old device.

Hey, looks like I just found this:
"As Apple takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Apple Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email.
